The annual financial statements serve as a basis for tax planning, but also as an indicator of a downturn or increasing enterprise value. It is also important as a mental conclusion to the past year, for the bank’s rating and for planning disclosure.<\/p>\n

What are the advantages of good annual financial statements?<\/h2>\n

On the one hand, annual financial statements can be stacked up in a cupboard. On the other hand, they are the chronicle of the past year and previous years. Relevant for reconciliation with budget figures, important for banks and for rating, also for disclosure in the Federal Register or with Crefo.<\/p>\n

The annual financial statements are of interest to your customers and suppliers, your employees and your competitors. At least if you prepare a balance sheet. The external impact is limited for the income statement. Either way, we prepare the annual financial statements in accordance with commercial and tax law, we prepare budgeted balance sheets for subsequent years, consolidated financial statements and group financial statements. We prepare the financial statements in such a way that the tax office, your banker and, if necessary, the auditor can deal with them.<\/p>\n
